White Mausu Black Bean Rāyu is a crispy chilli oil with a salty, savoury and funky flavour. Fermented black soy beans, black sesame, fried garlic and Sichuan pepper give it depth, heat and a gentle tingling finish.

Made with chilli flakes including Korean chilli flakes, this chilli oil is rounded out with warming spices such as star anise and cinnamon. A little goes a long way, making it an easy way to add crunch and bold flavour.

Use it with eggs, noodles, rice and stir fries, or stir it into marinades, leftovers and mayo. It works well as a versatile spicy condiment for everyday meals.

Stir well before use and store in a cool, dry place.
