1. Summary of the Right of Withdrawal

• 1.1 Orders may be cancelled without giving a reason within 14 days after the day of receipt.
• 1.2 After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
• 1.3 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full order amount including standard shipping costs of the original delivery. Only the return shipping costs are at your expense.

2. Deadlines and Condition of the Product

• 2.1 Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the order by email.
• 2.2 After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.
• 2.3 You may examine the product as you would in a store. Please handle it carefully and keep the packaging intact whenever possible.
• 2.4 Value reduction: if the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to check it, we may deduct the depreciation from your refund.

Example of return costs: Return shipping from your home to our warehouse is at your own expense. This typically costs around €7.25 per parcel. Please check your carrier’s website for current rates.

3. Exceptions

• 3.1 Opened or unsealed food products, such as bottles, jars, or sachets, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• 3.2 Products that have been personalized or customized on request are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

4. Return Procedure

1. 4.1 Notify your withdrawal by email: [email protected] including your order number, name, and the products you wish to return.
2. 4.2 Pack the product carefully with all accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging.
3. 4.3 Make sure the parcel is sufficiently stamped and send it to the return address below. Keep your shipping receipt.

• 6.1 We refund the full purchase amount including any standard delivery costs within 14 days after you notify us of the return.
• 6.2 Refunds may be delayed until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
