Shipping

If you place your order on a business day before 4:00 PM and pay immediately via iDeal, PayPal, or credit card, your order – if in stock and not containing heavy items (such as large boxes or bulk packages) – will usually be delivered the next day.

Heavier items or special products (such as promotional packages or gift boxes) are typically delivered within a week. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery time.

Business Orders (Intra-Community)

For business customers within the EU, we always provide an invoice with VAT listed separately. Do you have a valid foreign VAT number? Please enter it in the comments field during checkout.

After verification, we will adjust the invoice amount and send you a confirmation by email. This only applies if the VAT number and address are correct and verifiable.

For pay later options, Klarna or Riverty will perform a credit check. If approved, you’ll receive a digital invoice via email. If your request is not accepted, you can choose a different payment method.

€6.50 for standard parcels up to 30 kg
Larger or heavier shipments are automatically calculated in the cart
Estimated price for international shipments (within Europe): €10 (depending on country and weight)

Bank Transfers

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions. Once we’ve received your payment, we will ship your order. Please note that bank transfers may take extra processing time.

International Shipping (Europe)

We ship via DPD, GLS, or Asendia
Do you have a foreign VAT number? First, create an account, enter your address, and then email your VAT number for verification to cs@spicydutchman.nl. We usually process this within a few hours on business days.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Please notify us of your return via email within this period. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including accessories and any documentation.

Used, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be accepted. After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. Return shipping costs and risk are your responsibility.

Please note: custom-made products, such as opened sample packs or printed packaging, cannot be returned.
