Chilli Willy People OG Sauce is a full, savoury Scotch Bonnet hot sauce based on a Guyanese family recipe with more than 50 years of history. With 17% Scotch Bonnet chillies, 5% finger chillies and 5% bird’s eye chillies, the sauce contains 27% chilli.
The combination of three chillies gives the sauce distinctive heat and a rich, savoury character. Serve OG Sauce as a dip, stir it into stews or use it to make a fiery marinade for meat and vegetables. The 150 ml bottle is convenient at the table and in the kitchen.
This is the original Chilli Willy People sauce, with more than 50 years of family history behind the recipe. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 weeks.
