Crazy Bastard 7POT PURO is an extremely hot sauce that puts the 7 Pot chilli firmly at the centre. The sauce contains 75% chilli and is completed with only Italian white wine vinegar and sea salt. There is no sugar, fruit or spice blend to mask the natural flavour of the pepper.
Use 7POT PURO sparingly with grilled chicken, vegetables, steak, wraps, salads or mac and cheese. Mix a small amount with mayonnaise or sour cream for a milder, creamy dipping sauce. Handmade in Berlin, this sauce is both vegan and gluten free.
