El Yucateco Black Label Reserve is a dark habanero hot sauce with a distinctive smoky character. The habanero peppers are fire-roasted, giving the sauce a deep, savoury flavour alongside its heat.
Its thick texture and notes of roasted pepper, garlic and onion make this sauce particularly good with barbecue food. A small amount adds depth to meat, vegetables, beans and stews.
Use Black Label Reserve with:
- burgers, ribs and grilled meat
- tacos, burritos and bean dishes
- roasted vegetables
- marinades and smoky dips
Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Close tightly after opening.
