White Mausu Smoky Chilli Oil is a crispy chilli oil with smoked chillies and garlic. The oil is deeply infused in a two-part process and gets extra character from Morita chipotle.
The flavour is savoury, smoky and lightly fruity, with fewer crunchy bits but no less flavour. That makes it easy to drizzle and versatile across everyday dishes.
Use it over bowls of rice, vegetables, beans and eggs, or drizzle it over steak as a finishing touch. Stir really well before using.
