El Yucateco Habanero & Ghost Hot Sauce 120ml
El Yucateco Habanero & Ghost Hot Sauce combines fruity habanero with extract of the infamous ghost pepper, also known as Bhut Jolokia. The result is a full-flavoured Mexican pepper sauce at 14,165 Scoville with heat that lingers.
Tomato, cane sugar, paprika and caramelised onion give the sauce flavour and balance. This makes it more than a hot sauce: a few drops also add fruity, spicy depth.
Use this habanero and ghost pepper hot sauce with:
- pizza, burgers and hot dogs
- chicken wings and grilled meat
- noodles and Asian dishes
- marinades and spicy dips
Use sparingly. Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Close tightly after opening.
