El Jefe
El Jefe is an Amsterdam-based maker of artisanal, Mexican-inspired hot sauces. After years in Texas and travels across Mexico, the founder brought authentic chili varieties and salsa traditions to the Netherlands, launching small-batch production in his own “Factoria Picante” in 2014. The sauces range from mild and fruity, like Naranja and Verde, to fiercely hot with the 7 Pot Brain Strain. Every bottle is fully vegan and free from unnecessary additives such as preservatives or refined sugars.
